For the production process, our workshop is equipped with two AKIRA SEIKI machining centers -a five-axis (4 + 1) and a three-axis, a three-axis CNC lathe, as well as four conventional milling machines, several grinding machines as well as additional auxiliary machinery. Our workshop is manpowered by experienced technicians and engineers. This combination gives us the flexibility to undertake the manufacture of individual tools as well as the mass production of parts, according to customer requirements. The production process is complete with the use of digital measuring precision instruments, projector (x10), 3D pin and various check gauges to ensure excellent product quality.
